new fish help (looks dark)

Hey guys, i need some help. I just got 5 new discus and they all look healthy but one. When i got them they all looked very healthy (from a reputable breeder) and we bagged them up and i took them home in a Styrofoam box full of bags. They were in the bags about 2.5-3 hours before they were released into my aquarium. 1 discus ( a wild caught blue) is much darker then the other 2 of his type, and is kind of laying on its side, and not swimming likes the others. He does have a small spot on his gill that i did not notice as well.

I'm wondering if the fish could just be still a tad bit off from the tranquilizer that the man plopped in the bag for transit? I believe it was called "bag buddies".
