need help! as soon as possible! normal or dieing??

So I've had this BTA for about 2 weeks now

It was bleached from the beginning and has seemed to have found its home on the underside of a rock (avoiding light?)

Anyways, I've seen it retract to uhhh...remove waste, but it's been like this almost ALL DAY today and I'm not sure if that brown string thing in the picture is it's waste, it decaying, or some other random goo

please help!

mine does that it's not a BTA but a condy, but it should perk up....anenomes are strange...what are your params?

It is normal for them to deflate but not to stay that way.
