What i hated is when ever i walked into a pet shop or anything and asked peolpe things or tried to help people they would not take me serously because 'i was just a kid'

Did any one have this as well?
Mainly do you do that???
 
I take and appreciate advice from anyone, whether it's a kid, an old man, an engineer, or a hobo.

Everyone have their own personal experiences, and anyone's opinion should be valued. imo. :D

And yeah, I used to get the "just a kid" attitude all the time. Don't sweat it. :)
 
No, I did not have that same experience, but I was oblivious to what other people thought anyway.

And I don't treat people that way, kid or not. But I find it hard to talk to kids...someone told me to talk to them like they are adults...tried that...then the adults tell me I need to talk in simpler terms....(IOW, they don't understand me either). I may be best of shutting up, but I cannot seem to help myself !! AHHH! Help!! I'm talking and I can't shut up!!!
 
I when I told a LFS manager how he keeps his fish and store that he should have his buisness license taken away, he got pretty mad. I was 9, so he got more mad. lol. Then I told him and explained how fish should be kept, I went thru everything, cycle, temp, anything you could think of. So I said, "So will you change the way you keep your fish?" He then said, "The only change here is that you won't be entering my store anymore."
