Is there some sort of fit i can buy from lowes or home depot?

I was looking around and i think people called it a bulk head.

I am going to drill into the side of a rubber maid tub and i need somehig that i csn glue to pipe to connect the two without it leaking.

IS THIS PART CHEAP SINCE I NEED TWO ONE FOR EACH SIDE?
