pH 6.5 (CO2 injection), KH 4, GH 4, NH4 0 , NO2- 0, NO3-- c.10ppm
Blue Acara is the ill fish. Sits on the bottom. Comes up for food, but maintaining position in the water column seems a struggle. Colours and markings are bold bot not the norm - more like those of a female, with the bold verticals.
I'm guessing a possibly bacterial inflammation of the swim bladder, and I'm treating with a med for internal bacteria, but he don't seem to be getting much better. I don't think it's constipation because if anything he's a bit on the thin side.
Thoughts would be welcome, but I fear he's booked on the train for a hole behind the snapdragons and pansies....
