I just got my new power compact light fixture today that brings me up to 5 watts per gallon. I was wondering what a good light schedule would be. There's 10k on one circuit and actinics on another.

i turn actinics on at 9am and whites on at 10am. then at night whites go off at 8pm and actinics off at 9pm. works great for me!
