the first looks like a red tiger lotus or just a lotus its a bulb type of plant. The second picture I cannot tell. the thrid picture looks like rotalia or anacharis its hard to tell. I like java fern and bolbitis. they are both ferns that attach themselves to driftwood or big rocks.

1. Lotus
2. alternanthera reineckii- red temple
3. rotala rotundifolia

You are going to need a lot more light that what you currently have for those plants. Red plants especially tend to like higher light. If you don't have a good LFS with plants you are probably going to have to get plants online I like www.aquariumgarden.com . For an upgrade in you lights try www.ahsupply.com Try to get around 2 watts per gallon.

i decide to up grade the whole lighting hood on the tank. where is the best place to buy one.
