one of my platies scales looks ruffled a bit sort of like when a cats hair stands up, it the skin above his head and behind the dorsal fin, but he looks ok otherwise , sometimes it lays back down too, but the top of him generally looks scruffy any suggestions???

he's got a parasite you think, he looks healthy though

those pics were sort of hard to tell by , have any more??? but he does look pineconish, so this is a bacterial infectio rather than a parasite??? he has looked like this for a week or so and otherwise seems ok??? is it safe for me to put my hands in the water to do water changs etc, and shoul i treat the tank for this ???
