My Angel fish are breeding, I think.. got home today and they have attached eggs to the side of the corner filter and are guarding them vigilantly.
I suppose this explains they're horibble form of late.. lots of agression to everyone...
So what do I do?

Pretty much leave them alone for now and see what they do with the spawn. If they do well with it, you'll be able to remove the fry after they are free-swimming.
Get another filter and run it on your current tank for a week to 10 days to populate it with bacteria.
Then I'd do one of the following:
Get a new tank to put all the other inhabitants of their tank in. You won't have to move the pair then. Put the old filter on this tank. There will be a higher bio load.
or
Setup a new tank big enough for just the pair 20H, 29, or 30 gallon should be sufficient. After you see what they do with this spawn, move them to the new tank.
Put the new filter on this tank as the bio load will be lower with just the pair.
You'll also need another tank or tanks to raise the fry in.
That's a start.

I don't believe it! They're all gone!! I turned off the light a couple of hours ago, eggs intact, and just sneaked a peek there now.. and they're all gone!
Did they eat them?
I've read that I should expect more of this. Other than moving into a new tank, is there anything I can do or are they doomed in a small community tank?

They do this from time to time. Could just be a first time parenting fit, or eggs weren't fertilized/viable... whatever.
Get another filter going and lean a nice tall, thin stone or slate up against the corner filter. If they lay eggs on that, it will be easy to move into a new tank.
I'm not sure on optimal timing for that event...

Other fish could have, they could have, you'll never know. Don't worry, they'll be pretty much like clockwork every 7-14 days.

it also depends on how long the eggs were there. the parents many times move the wigglers after they hatchout.. it usually only takes 3 days from the day they were laid to hatch to wigglers.
I have several pairs..if they are comfortable they will move the wigglers sometimes out of view..3-4 days later you may see fry swimming about being chased by the parents.

wooo!? No sign of anything as of yet.. tomorrow is day 3 I think...
Realistically if the little ones don't fend for themselves there is really not much I can do. My place is small and I already have two tanks - so if I just leave things be; is there a chance I could have lil' angels scooting about, or am I in fact putting the rest of my tank in jeoprady as my angels are so agressive when there is eggs about?
Angelfish do get aggressive during spawning period so if the tank is small, then the rest of the tankmates will easily be in danger of being harassed.

I have a female angel in my tank who lays eggs on the HOB filter intake every two weeks. she will chase everybody away and then eat them all in the next couple of days. and then two weeks later she does it again.
I have to get her a mate and see what happens.
