I am confised about aquarium lighting, there seems to be so many options. For my 75 gallon I dont know what to get, do alot fo you guys make your own lights? I have eben shopping around and saw a few.

i just have a basic 4ft fluro on my 6ft hood which is good becuase its reallly bright, cheap and i dont have plants so its fine.
but on my 4ft i have 2 4ft dalbarb fixtures which are proper aquarium lights becuase i plan to grow plats and i dont have a hood on it

My used 55g came with a strip with one bulb I use that and a 4 ft shop light I got at walmart with the 2 32 watt bulb, I think they are t-8. It was only like 17 dollar for the light and 10 for the bulbs. It says not to use them in humid places though so you may want to set them on glass or something.
