AHHH!

ILOVEBETTAS

It's Cory Lover's cat!
Is anyone up at 1 in the morning because a baby has been screaming endlessly for hours and the mother won't do a thing about it!? I could hit someone with an ax!

Its like you don't want to kill the cute little baby, you want to kill the mother because she's letting her baby scream for so long! I mean, it's good to do that if the baby screams all the time but I'm sick and she needs to think about me too! I hope she's not just lazy makin love with her fiance

sometimes babies just cry. :) it's a lot harder for people without kids to understand this, and i can vouch for that, having been on both sides of that fence.

I know, babies cry, and I have no problems, as long as I'm not trying to sleep and the mother (who knows that I'm sick and the room I'm staying in is right next to that babies') is doing nothing, FOR HOURS about it! Every other time I've been over she goes in if the baby doesn't stop, but she chose this time!?

It's a bit like dogs barking, I try hard to make sure that when the dogs are barking I tell them off ASAP. Especially in the mornings, 'cos lots of airballoons go over our house at 5-6am...

Went to bed after it stopped crying... like 1:30 in the morning :(

When my babies would cry like that I would make them onion tea. I even kept some in the fridge for emerencies. What you do it cut up and onion and boil it till the onions are soft. Then you strain off the juice and add a little sugar (just a little to sweeten it). Let it cool (of course) and give it to baby. It sooths the belly and knocks them right out. It works great for cholic, too. Hope that helps next time.

I used to hear to hear a baby crying at all times of the night because my upstairs neighbor had a baby. I guess it didn't bother me as much. I got woken up a few times at odd times of the night and tended to go back to sleep.
