Hello all, I have three large Signature Corals in my Lion tank. Can anyone tell me how to get all the algae off. Are they safe to bleach or will all the color be removed. Any help will be appreciated.

Bleaching may remove the color, depending on how they're made. Are the corals porous or are they smooth surfaced? And also, what are the corals made of?

They are definatley porous. I believe they are some sort of plaster, very heavy. They are supposed to be made from casts from coral skeletons. The website of the manufacturer does not address this, nor do they have an email address.
Here's their URL. Thanks for your reply.

Your best bet then is to either pressure wash them, with like a hose nozzle, or to try and bleach them. If the material itself is colored, then you should be ok, but I'd try just one piece at first to see.
