I have been using NovAqua and Amquel to treat my water. What can I use that is less expensive and I could buy more of...like a gallon ? I need something just as good.

Thanks

andy

Amquel and NovAqua are available via mail-order in gallon sizes. I wouldn't use anything else, but I have brand bias. :D

Do you need both?

How many gallons does a gallon of NovAqua "treat?"

You have chloramines in your tapwater, then?

The answer to your question depends upon these questions.

Actually, the one you want for treating chloramine is AmQuel. NovAqua claims to do stuff like removing metals and the like.

Wetman, spec sheets on both producs are available (or were) from Kordon at their website.

Call your water company and ask them -- have them send you a water report while you're at it. They're free.
