c02 diffuser + Flow

Hi

I was just looking at the zoo med power sweep and wanted to know if any ones had any luck or if they haven't. I want to hook my DIY c02 into the tube and i like the idea of the power sweep because it will look more natural from the movement.

Is the flow on this good for a 30 inch long tank?
