Basically, I dont know what to do. I know that the 'rents will take care of them but what should I feed them. I have NEVER had fry before.

And the male keeps fighting with the female until she gets back into their breeding "hole"...is this normal or should I worry?
 
I would say just leave them alone and see how it goes. If the female is getting really badly beaten, take her out. good luck
 
sorry I dont know too much about julies. are they free swimming yet? if they are, try some crushed flakes or other food to see if they can eat it. if they are too small, your going to need something else fast
 
Finely crushed cichlid flakes and brine shrimp would be good to feed them.

Congrats on the spawn, hope you have more. Get us some pics.:)

Thanks! It truly was a surprise...doing a wc and I thought I saw some sort of worm thing. Sure enough, fry!

I knew that they were easy to breed, but WOW!
