View Full Version : Wrong information about yo-yo loaches on AC, please check right info

I was looking at the information on Pakistan Loaches(yo-yo loaches) and on the profile here at AC, the first three catagories, temperment, min tank size, and sociability are wrong. They are outgoing and active, but not mean. They need company of their own kind or they will get mean. They should be kept in large groups. And for min tank size, you shouldn't have anything less than 40 gallons. Every once in awhile, they like to streak around the tank, and they love to search, so it's best to have a big tank. Its basically the same as the clown loaches, except that they will not get nearly as big. Is my info correct?

That was totally uncalled for thom. Please, Leave the moderating to the moderators. They are doing a superior job as it is on their own.
Thanks for the Info NJ! That info looks pretty accurate, then again I'm no expert on YoYo loaches. Keep up the good work!! We need more dedicated hobbyists like you :)

I posted in 3 places because no one said anything in Discussion about AC, then I asked dale in GCC, and he said to post it here and get a few opinions before he sent it to Michael.

I don't think thom meant any harm by his comment. I don't think anyone here at AC wants incorrect info put up and I'm sure they appreciate it when errors get pointed out. ;)
