so I have lots of algae (tough stuff.. green coraline??) built up near the sand in my tank.

Anyone have any tricks for removing it?
my mag float wont remove it, my scrubber cant reach it.

thanks

I have the same problem, so I found a scrubber that extends to 20" with interchangeable heads (green pad, razor scraper, etc). I've seen some that go up to 24" too.

Just be very careful with that razor. I removed my DSB, and discovered TONS of scratches from the razor that were invisible in front of the sand. I'm sick over it.

I'd get a metal scraper with softer edges from a pet store, I don't think it's worth the risk using a commercial razor blade.
