I have a question for you. I need some help my pink guorami has ick. I've been doctoring her, is there a time when you can't get rid of ick anymore or how long does it take to get rid of it?

Ich is a parasite with a specific life cycle. If you are medicating, the medication can kill but one stage of the parasite--the tomite, free swimming in search of a host. To effectively treat, continue medicating for at least 14 days after the last visible sign of ich, at an elevated temp of about 82F.

I think guppie2005 meant kissing gourami as it is the only pink one there is.
