feeding plecos

so i know that plecos eat cucumber and algae wafers, both which i have, but will they also eat lettuce and zucchini? which is MOST beneficial to their diet?

They will eat all those veggies you mentioned.;) Depending on which species you have, vegetarians need high fiber content found in veggies.

it is just a common pleco.

I have tried a lot of different veggies with my common pleco and it seems he likes zucchini the best. He also devours mango.

Common plecs are omnivorous, they'd like meatier wafers & tablets, etc in addition to veggies. When we had 1 he adored tetra tabimin.
