Ich VS Garlic

It is good if i put Garlic in food when i fed them to kill the ich from my Blue tang? One day it gets ich after two days the ich disappear then it's coming back. I've read somewhere that garlic in food is good for ich. This came up after i change the sand togeder with some brown algae.

No, it won't kill the ich. It will however help with their appetite which can aid in helping their immune system so it can have some benefit when used with an ich treatment.

What else should i use? What do you recommand me to use. I don't like (agree) chemicals.

Do a search for using hyposalinity for treatint ich. Make sure you have a refractometer to monitor it.
