I woke up this morning to my goby's cave being blocked off with zoanthid frags. One large frag was in front of the cave, while the other was stuffed inside. Did my goby do this? One of the frags was larger than him so I doubt he had the strength. But you never know. Any ideas who the perpetrator might be?

Was the frag still attached to some live rock? personaly i have never come across this or heard of it..does not sound like normal goby behaviour to my knowledge anyway...

Thats why I was confused when I saw it. Based upon what I read they don't move rocks around.

One frag wasn't attached to a rock, but the other was attached to a frag plug.

Is he still in with your clown? I've noticed my clown pick up bits of rubble and spit them to one side if she's "cleaning" around her anemone, just a thought that maybe your clown is doing the same or is just miffed with your goby and blocking it in!

I've not noticed my goby doing that, but have seen my tang doing it.

I haven't had my goby move frags around but he does take shells, chaeto balls and other macros and move them to in front of his entrance..
