We have one mollie left in our tank that gave birth to about 6 fry a week ago along with 3 guppies (1m 2f) and a f platy along with around 40 fry (no other tanks to put them in at the moment). We noticed that since then she has been just sitting at the top of the tank with all her fins clamped. Over the weekend she started pointing head straight up and vibrating then would swim around. She then seems to have developed a curved spine in the shape of an S and seems very off ballance. She is swimming only with her front fins and onlu wiggles her fin on the back but there is no movement from her actual tail. She has also stopped eating. She was fine before birth but I am afraid we are going to lose her.

My tanks is a 10g, nitrates, nitrites and ammonia all 0 and ph is about 7.8 due to city water conditions. We have been treating the whole tank for Cammalanus worms with a medicated food but she has shown no signs of the worms so I don't think it is the worms. I have about a tablespoon of aquarium salt in the tank.

I posted on another site and so far the only responce is that I should switch to RO water.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't switch to RO water.. your fish are already used to the water you have. What are you using to test the water? Test strips have a poor reputation when it comes to accuracy. Having 0 nitrates is very unusual unless you have tons of plants or are removing them chemically.
