i have a 10g tank, and i really like the look of gold/blue rams would i be able 2 fit a pair of them in the tank?
there is nothing currently in the tank but it is cycled.

Only one can fit but I prefer putting them in the largest tank possible. For a 20g, you can fit a pair, yes.

There are a few people on the cichlid forum who keep 1 pair in a 10 gallon tank, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're new to rams.

As far as the nature of that species, a ten gallon tank would be sufficient space for a mated pair. They are not highly active and don't get large.

Make sure you have lots of plants and driftwood. They tend to appreciate that very much.

Generally, rams aren't put in anything less than a 15g, a 20g being better. I wouldn't put any in there.
