Are aggresive fish easier to take care of than peaceful fish?

I personaly dont feel it makes any difference at all what agression level a fish has...Any fish can be easy to take care of if you read and understand their needs..

i think you are more likely to run into trouble with mixing agressive fish, because of the stress factor on the fish if they don't have their own spot they can hang out in. Stress seems to be a big factor in disease. Plusidon't like seeing some of my fishes fins nipped up.

Many aggressive fish will do just fine together. Better to mix them than to mix one in with peaceful fish.

Which is easier? Hard to say. May be more difficult to get compatable tankmates in an aggressive tank.

But many aggressive species chomp inverts, so more frequent water changes would be in order without snails and crabs to eat all the crap.

But bolder fish also acclimate better, and are more enthusiastic eaters.
