Coral/Polyp id please

i got this rock from my dad, it has all kinds of stuff on it. this catches my eye the most.... what kind of coral/polyp is this, so i can further nurture it a raise it. thanks for the help

i try'd to search it and google it and nothing comes up.

i can try, the coral is tiny ..... those "polyps" are like 3mm long. my camera was in super macro mode.

plus photobucket resized my pic to 800x600 pixels :( the original shot was perfect and huge for I.D

Here's some pictures of the cup corals I've got on my rock, these are old, and when I was trying to ID it before. Have you looked at them at night, when they usually extend their tentacles?
