Sexing N. Brichardi

Can anyone give me some tips on sexing brichardi's.. I picked up a couple of juvies, and intend to give them their own 15 gallon tank in the next month or so, but I want to try and have a breeding pair.

what is the best way to get a breeding pair? Any tips on these fish would be greatly appreciated.

Obtaining 4-6 or finding two who have paired up at the LFS are you best bets. Really, I think only other brichardi know the difference.
