I have a 75gal with a 4inch jd, 3inch gt, 2inch convict. I also have 4 tiger barbs left in therew from cycling. there are no major aggresion problems. How a jewel do in the mix.

If i have problems when there older ill sell a fish to my friend at the pet store so i am not worried about that i just want to know2 if a jewel would work to add as a new fish with colur

All your fish are juveniles. Consider the adult size, not juvenile size. A jewel cichlid could work but not long-term. Once comfortable in your tank, it may start harassing other tankmates and your other fish will join the fray soon enough.

you think that will be to much when grown. I figured it might work and if not ill sell a fish or so back. But how aggresive are jewels i heard every thing from similar to cons to overly mean.

I have kept them before and though they are not as aggressive as the convicts (in my experience anyway), they are very easy to breed so don't expect them to interact well with your other cichlids if given the opportunity.

i am gona look for a male pink con or get a a jewel to stick in my tank and see if it works if it does not ill trake care of it then. I just heard mix experiances from jewels

I'd rate 'em an 8/10 for aggressiveness. They aren't JDs or Dovii, but they're not too far off. That coupled with their relatively small size gets them put into too many tanks where they don't belong (IMO).
