What would I imagine about fish???
I would imagine that I had a 500 gallon tank, and I would put like 50 angels in the tank, that would be cool, wouldn't it? I would like a 500gal tank for Christmas and put like 50-100 angels in it. It would be very expensive for the 500gal tank and for the 50 angels.:D

something 100 times bigger than that...50,000 gallons...with a breeding colonies of angels, discus, uaru, severum, and of course massive schools of tetras.
or maybe i should make it a fully functional, self sufficient reef tank (with water changes of course)

That sounds awesome until you have to clean it. My next tank when I move to a larger house will be a 200 gallon, 3/4 filled with archer fish. There will be branches hanging out and I'll construct a cricket cage, where I can let a few out at a time onto the branches and watch the fish feed.

Sure, hire someone to clean that tank for you, that's a good idea, but those people get paid a lot of money a day!!!!:eek:
Dang, I was imagining of getting a 1milgal (million gallon) tank and put like 100 angles in there!!!:wall::laugh:

we basically have our dream tank.
250gallons is the best of both worlds.. its large enough to have several large fish, but still fits in the living room!
i'd love to have a 250 gallon for each tank-type that we have. saltwater, reef, S.A Cichlid, Tanganyika, Malawi, community, and then a koi pond.

I want a fish room with tons of 20g, beautifully planted tanks to breed dwarf cichlids and guppies. And one ginormous tank for... Wait for it...
