Protein Skimmer bed working or...???

I update my tank with protein skimmer. I got rid of the UVSterilizer. After i add this skimmer Sea Clone 100 and now my xenia is looking like is dead (burn out, verry squeeze no motion) the same some other small corals from a live rock. This skimmer can be the problem?

Xenia often likes a nutrient rich tank I believe. Have you added anything else?
