I've had 3 die in the last few days. They are still quite young so I can't figure out why. I found 2 dead the other day and one last night. Well, the one last night was still hanging in there so I left him till morning to see if she would pull through. I did notice, though, that she was in the middle of molting and couldn't seem to get the head part off. She was on her back moving her legs. This morning she was dead.

The tank has been running for a month and was seeded from a well established tank so I only saw the slightest spike but that went away quickly. The only occupants are (now 2) cherry shrimp, a few ramshorns, and some MTS. There haven't been any new additions except a few plantlets. Params are ammo-0, trItes-0, trAtes-<10. Any ideas? :help:

The tank is 78. I feed a piece of algae wafer every other day (or when I notice that they don't have any left) and a few flakes a few times a week. I've also been putting a very small piece of snail jello in twice a week for the ramshorns and MTS.

man, i have no idea! it sounds like you are doing everything right. I haven't experienced any cherry deaths yet and through some quick searching around, the main culprits (water quality, feeding issues, ferts/meds) are not in effect in your situation. If those are the plantlets from me, they came from my cherry tank and I am not having any issues. Wish I could be of more help.
