Morning everyone,
I was wondering where I gould get one of those sculpted foam 3D backgrounds that I have seen on some tanks. Are these worth fooling with? Should I just paint the back of the tank? I dont really like the printed paper back ground pictures the LFS sells, besides they dont have any 24 inch stuff I would need for my 125gal. What do you use?

Just google "aquarium backgrounds" and a variety will come up. Be warned though, the solid in tank ones are expensive and as Mg said, they do take up a lot of the tank volume.

You could DIY it, there are several threads on AC covering the subject.

I prefer the painted background.

ebay has 24 inch printed ones that dont look too bad.
