I just tested the water in my 75-gallon planted aquarium and I was wondering what I need more/less of. I know that the pH, nitrite and KH are fine but I don’t know how much phosphate, nitrate and iron I need. The pH is 7.0-7.1 KH is 5.0 phosphate is 0.5 Nitrite is 0 Nitrate is 5.0 and the Iron is 0.2. If you could tell me what these test results mean that would be great. BTW should I test for anything else? Thanks.

You're very close with everything. If the tank is doing well, it ain't broke so don't fix it.
7.0 pH and 5 kH = 15ppm/CO2(could be a touch higher to 22 - 26ppm).
5 - 10 ppm N is considered ideal.
But as I said, I'd leave it alone if it's growing well. pH, nitrates, and phosphates need to be monitored fairly regularly, IMO.
