Few question...$1 for everything? $1 each? Is the soilmaster select new or used? And how much will 10lbs be able to cover?

It's $1.00 dollor for each item plus shipping.

As far a the soilmaster select it new and has not seen water. I bought it on ebay when aquadise.com was still in business in the ebay listing it says it would be enough to use in a 20 gallon tank i have not used it i decided to use eco-complete instead.

How thick of a layer do you think it would give me in 20g long. If it'll give me a decent layer in a 20g long for java ferns and possibly pellia then I'll probably take it. Can I get the cost of it shipped to 92691?

I actually have 20 lbs of it if i can fit it all in a flat rate box it would cost ya $10.95 for 20 lbs shipping included. Tell me what ya think

Sounds great. I pay for stuff using paypal and prepaid debit cards. I'll pick one up today or tomorrow and send you a $12 payment to make up for the paypal fees.

20lbs in a 20l will get you 3/4 in deep gravel bed. That is not enough for plants, think 3". Also a 'long' tank is not good for plants, they like more vertical room to grow. Java fern won't grow in the substrate, only on driftwood or a rock. Hope this helps :) .

Another user has said a 50lb bag will give over 3" in a 48"x18" aquarium which is 864 cubic inches. 20g longs are 30"x12" which is 360 cubic inches. 20lbs/50lbs = 0.40 and 360/864 is 0.42. I should be all right.
