Could be corydora eggs if you have any.

all i have are pond snail, yellow labs, socolofi, and guppies.

Pond snails lay white eggs right? They are all over my water line and are pissing me off..

The pond snail eggs are in a clear blob and after a few days you'll notice brown spots in it.

OH DARN! There was like 10 of them and I only removed the ones on the water line some of them were in the water... Darn more pond snails for me?

Yep. More pond snails for you. I've been picking them and blobs out of my tank for weeks now.
