My new F0 Comps were coming out and eating flake food within a day after I got them. *I got them on Tuesday. They've stopped coming out into the open and instead hide anywhere they can that has complete coverage. They are the largest fish in the tank and aren't being scared by the other fish. I understand they are shy by nature, but I'm worried that they are not going to get anything to eat. I tried feeding a frozen "mixture" of food, but it seemed to really cloud the tank up and foul the water. Any advice? Thanks.

Fish that are not feeling well will stop eating and start hiding. What are the conditions in your tank? Other tankmates, water parameters, maintenance routine, filtration, etc. Also, where did these fish come from and what kind of shipping and maintenance conditions did they experience at the source.

Compressiceps? If I have the wrong fish, ignore my reply :D
I have one, he doesn't like pellets or flake food, but really digs the smaller guppies I get from the LFS. really shyish fish, but an absolute monster (only eats bits and pieces and leaves half-eaten guppies to clog the filter). It aint their size, he just bites off what he can and leaves the rest to float away while he chews.
He's skittish of me coming near the tank and prefers a low-light scenerio (rock dweller). He will come out during the night mostly and feed, otherwise he hides and only grab what swims by from his little rock cave I built with pieces from the LFS.
Sounds like your fish need a more stable hiding space. As aggressive as they can be, they are also extremely anti-social (probably because of the other fish in their native waters).
