View Full Version : The old man can replace fuses quicker than a Jack Rabit on a Date.
This thread is about what is your favorite line in your favorite Christmas Movie.
So far my favorite line is the title of the thread. a.k.a "the old man can replace fuses quicker that a jack rabbit on a date."
This line is on a Christmas Story, (rated PG)
P.S. You don't need to do the rating. :)
One of my favorites is from "Independence Day." It's when Will Smith is dragging an alien behind him and saying "I could be at a barbecue."

Not a christmas movie but there was an Eddie Murphy movie where he was a prisoner of war and when he was asked what his name was he said it was Jack. When they kept asking him for his last name he replied that it was mehof .

The movie was called "Some Kind of Hero" and it wasn't Eddie Murphy, it was Richard Pryor.

Mine might be "Good? Bad? I'm the guy with the gun." Ash says it to his demonic twin in Army of Darkness.

my favorite quote is from the fugitive...
Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: Newman, what are you doing?
Newman: I'm thinking.
Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: Well, think me up a cup of coffee and a chocolate doughnut with some of those little sprinkles on top, just as long as you're thinking.
(sorry that this was not a chrismas movie)

more favorite quotes, this time from "sleeper"
Miles Monroe: Where am I anyhow, I mean, what happened to everybody, where are all my friends?
Dr. Aragon: You must understand that everyone you knew in the past has been dead nearly two hundred years.
Miles Monroe: But they all ate organic rice!
Miles Monroe: When I asked my mother where babies came from, she thought I said "rabies." She said you get them from being bitten by a dog. The next week, a woman on my block gave birth to triplets... I thought she'd been bitten by a great dane.
Dr. Melik:
[H]ave you ever taken a serious political stand on anything?
Miles Monroe:
Yeah, sure. For twenty-four hours once I refused to eat grapes.
