i'm looking to add an aggressive invert that wont be potential food to my eels or brittle.

if possible...even a little fish with a low bioload but alot of aggression so its not food to my lion and not a pest as well.

Lions aren't really aggressive. They do well with fish that are bigger than their mouths. If you put them in with an aggressive fish, you stand the chances of that fish bullying the lion. How big is your tank?

What mandy said. Lions tend to only try to eat what can go in their mouth. They are actually a pretty passive fish for how intimidating they look.

I agree... and i own a lion. Lions arent really what i would call predators... they do eat whatever fits in there mouth like stated above however.

My lion actually lived in harmony for about 5 months with a coral banded shrimp... but then one day stupidly i skipped a feeding and he let me know of it...

yep yep, a wrasse would be nice, but the lion-eel bioload is just about maxing my tank's limits. its a 26 bowfront with a 10g full sump.

a small dwarf lion and a small snowflake would fit in that small of a tank, but I would not be adding anything and I would also be upgrading for at least the eel. Sure, most lions just float around a good chunkof the day, but I would certainly not be adding anything else to that tank. That's pushing it just for the lion.

i figured. no problem. Actually, ever since the lion started eating prepared food, he is always upfront. he never just floats around or sits on the rock anymore, unless full. Its fun to watch, i just thought something colorful would look nice as well. If i cant, o well.

i'll just color up the tank with the feather caulerpa.
