After reading some literature I was recommended on this forum I have decided I want to set up a 72 or 75 gallon FOWLR tank. Eventually I'd like to add some soft corals, but to start ill be FOWLR. I found this setup locally and it seems like a good deal to me but I wanted some input. Does it seem like a good deal? And what things should I look for/ask when I go see it? Im unfamiliar with brand names and quality equipment. Dont know if that is a good skimmer and dont know anything about the sump setup.

I would not pay that price for it as there is bearly any live rock in the system, and from looking at the picture, its just sitting in a little water with no heat or circulation, so, theres a good possibility its now dead rock...

The skimmer is junk, and the lights sound pretty much standard to me, so, not really worth any money value in them two items...

Hmmm...thinking about it, i would skip it....keep looking...

Just my opinion

I bought a brand new 75 gallon all glass aquarium plus stand/light for less than that at pet supplies plus. I wouldn't use the equipment, either. I would pass on it.
