royal dottyback holding entire right side of my tank hostage!

I have a little dottyback that is very territorial. I added a 6line wrasse yesterday that looked to be putting the dotty in it's place however today the wrasse has backed off. I now have 4 fish in the left of my tank and a dotty hovering mid tank ready to attack any fish that move right. I am not sure there is much I can do?

If you are up to it you can rearrange the rock work around. If you want to take it one setup further you can keep the dottyback in a breeder net just for a bit while the other fish establish their territories in the "new" tank (after reaquascaping). That way they maybe a bit more determined to defend them from the dotty back.
