I always like to see what great finds others are getting at their local reef club. My club is meeting on the 19th and so far I have reserved a blue ricordea florida (no photo), and one of these blue hairy mushrooms I've had my eye on for 2 months:

I wont be at our meeting this month butttt I will be in the Bahamas so I guess thats a fair trade off:grinyes:

I'm thinking I'm getting my RBTA this month.. Maybe... But with Grin's horror stories I might decline.
CPD, have you talked to your friendly LFS owner about starting a small one? He might even let you meet at his store on occasion. Archer, I'd say that is a great trade off. And Clown, yes I suppose I've not been real inspiring lately about getting one huh?

I did talk to him about and he thought it was an excellent idea especially if I organised it!!! It's certainly something to consider when I get my health back on an even keel!!!!

Grins, I have those shrooms and they all melted on me. Very disappointing.
They are not dead yet but they are dying and there is nothing I can do about it. Rhodactis shrooms suffer for some reason while everything else thrives. Confusing.

Fire, he has the blue hairys at the bottom of the tank and his are thiving there. Hoping by doing something similiar I can get them to fare well. The frag you posted, is that a sunset monti?

I would love those blue hairy mushrooms. Sadly I have only seen the boring brown ones around here.
