Getting a BTA off of a rock is totally worth more than $20.

Well, my BTA split again and the little guy decided dead center of my rock pile in the front would be a good place to live, well within reach of...well, darn near everything.

So, I posted it up on the local forum for $20 with a 'please pick it up today' posted on the bottom.

It took about 20 minutes to get a response and the guy came a few hours later.

I spent at least 2 hours before he got her trying to detach it.

I used my fingernail.
I used an icecube
I hung it upside down over the water
I put it in front of the flow

It didn't really do anything except make it mad.

Eventually I took it down to the garage and hit the rock with a hammer and a chisel.

After the rock broke into about 4 pieces, I sent it on its way with a small helping of xenia and some good wishes.

What a lot of work. ;)
