any good links to finding some nice led moonlights to add to a canopy? Preferably white ones and not the common blue ones?

I used undercabinet lights form Menards. I got them for $20... A set of 3 pucks with 9 white LEDs in each..

ah good idea...and I bet you could get any color transparent plastic sheet you wanted to cover them too.

I've considered those before but I was worried they'd be too bright and the fish wouldn't relax enough with them on.

Yeah they really do like mini spots in that setup.. I don't think I'd use them either..

thery're really not that bright, the water was cloudy and I had to do a time lapse to get my camera to work...

I guess I'd have to see it in person then.. because those lights look as bright as any of the spots in my kitchen.

Cheech....Had replys back from both people, they both have shops on ebay...here is their reponse and a link to thier products...The products are in blue, but can be stipulated to be white when ordering..

Good afternoon Andrew,

I can customize the solution for you with White LEDs at no extra charge.

Dear Andrew,

We do have white LEDs, but they are not very bright. Just like the blue Moonlights, they would be for night viewing. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,
Greg Solomon
