White fuzz growing on 2 of my guppies

I quarentined one of my female guppies today, she had a white hair fuzz thing growing on her back tale. I am wondering what I should do, and what should I do if another fish starts to show signs of the fungus?

Quarantine is good but you will need medication to cure the fungus.

what medication do you reccomend? I have a petco 20 miles away

I only had one fish ever get fungus and it was a beat to hell Jack Dempsey. He died in a couple of hours after adding the medicine that was recommended to me. Wetman has some good advice though
