I bought this tank and all of its accessories about3 or 4 years ago, and my daughters had a lot of fun with it, but alas, they are growing up and have lost interest in its upkeep. I just don't have the time to take care of it any more, so I'd like to sell it to someone who could use it. Here are the details:
29 gallon tank
Marineland Emperor Filter (bio wheel)
Heater (the kind that can go underwater...)
Coralife compact fluorescent strip lamp (for the plants)
gravel
thermostat
LARGE oak cabinet (with ample storage space)
Water testing kit
Cleaning supplies (includes a "python" gravel vacuum which hooks to a spigot)
Castle
FISH: We're down to 4 mollies, 1 zebra danio, and 1 oto. They are all at least a year old, probably older. I am sure the danio is 2 or 3 years old. We stopped buying new fish a while back when it became apparent the girls had lost interest.
PLANTS:
I honestly don't know what kind of plants they are, but they are fairly healthy. The one on the left started to "molt" recently, but is coming back. I used to fertilize regularly, but I stopped quite some time ago, and this didn't affect the growth at all. In fact, they seemed to prefer NOT to be fertilized. I have always had a brown thumb...so I feel lucky these have thrived the way they have.
I also have a 10 gallon tank with a heater and a small filter that we used for a quarantine tank. I will throw that in as well!
All in all, this is probably $500 or $600 worth of equipment. I just want to get rid of it, so I am willing to sell it for $100. You must be able to come to Ogden, UT and pick it up.
