That's good right? We've washed them and just started putting in water in the tank today and I started playing with putting in the rock. Sortof working blind though because it's all cloudy from the sand, but that's settling down slowly. I am seeing bits and spots of purple on almost every piece of rock. Some of them have quite a lot of green too, which I think that's not so good, right?
We ended up putting lava rocks in the sump in place bio-balls! I found them at Lowe's dirt cheap for a huge bag. We washed those too of course. I think once we get it all full of water and the rocks placed, we'll use the raw shrimp in a pantyhose thing.
The rocks are SO cool, I can't wait till I can get a good picture to share. There is this one that is big and sortof shelf like, but it has a good size tunnel in it and it's all corally on one side. I stood it up in the back right corner. Then I stuck a piece of coral in the corner top of that rock, where it's resting between the corner of the tank and the bigger rock. It looks like a chair. Hee
I want to leave a fair amount of open sand in the front and have it sortof higher in back with one side going up further than the other.
