Rock (no longer live)

A friend just offered me a few really nice coralline encrusted rocks from her dismantled reef tank, approx 6 pds. The rocks, (once live) have been in a bucket covered with the water from her tank for a few weeks. The tank was perfectly healthy.

My question: Should (can) I add the rocks to my reef tank? . If so how would I go about it?

65 pds live rock
mushroom corals
3 chromis
2 firefish
1 emerald crab
1 peppermint shrimp
5 Nassarius/4Turbo Snails
3 hermits
2 powerheads
aqua clear 70 filter
seaclone 100 skimmer

Yes, it will be fine to add them, however, i would imagine the will have some die-off now and it would need to be cured in my opinion, just to be sure...
