Moving my live plants

this is about my other thread about my rock

i have to move plants that have been in place for about 4 months.
is it ok just to pull them out of the gravel and move them?

i dont want them to die by ripping apart.
i hope my fish dont get to stressed out by this redecoratinghanks

Some plants will go through a slight die back when being moved from one place to another, especially heavy rooted plants or very sensitive plants. That is about the worst that will happen. They usually bounce right back.
