I have a 12 gallon hqi wanted to know if I can add a golby with my 2 clowns.

I was looking at the pet store and saw a rainford golby did not know if this would be a good choice. Not sure what they eat or if they get along with clowns.

My other choice would be a clown golby just wanted some feedback on the rainford and clown.

First off....goby.

Rainford's goby: http://www.advancedaquarist.com/2005/3/fish

clown goby: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=1441

Personally with a 12gal tank I would leave it at the pair of clowns and stock up on zoas.

that would be overstocked for shure.

you're pushing it with 2 fish in a 12gal IMHO.

i think that you are maxed out but if you get a goby i'd go smaller yet and get a neon goby.

I don't believe a Rainford goby would do well in such a small tank. Its very hard to get them to take prepared foods and they usually only do best in a slightly larger tank with filamentous algae for eating and grazing.
