I currently have a 100 gallon tank, ammonia 0, nitrite 0 nitrate 30ppm, gh 150ppm, kh 300ppm pH7.2. I have a 4.5" GT, a 1.5" female con, two firemouths one 2" the other 1", a pimelodus pictus 4.5", a striped raphael about 5", and 3 danio (dithers). Am could I add a 2-3" JD to this? Would I need to change any of the other fish if I did? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to add the dempsey without worrying. I think the fish you would have to worry, about, if at all, would be the firemouths. The GT, con and JD are all on the medium side of aggression levels for cichlids...and all decently tough fish.

the two inch firemouth pushes the con around some but the con runs up to my GT with her gills flared all the time, and sometimes when I look at her I could swear that she is starting a hump, can this be on a female convict? I know she is a female as she has all the different colors on her.

My male convict dominates my larger GT in a 55gal tank. Convicts can be pretty pushy. I've started to notice that the GT is starting to stand its ground more lately, so I'm thinking the crown is going to change fins pretty soon.

its funny she makes runs at him and he pretty much ignores her like she isnt even there. She is like his shadow. The only time they ever have any scuffle is when I feed the live earthworms and she gets jealous that he gets a whole one to himself. She has taken a couple of nips out of his dorsal from this. But other than that she just puts on a show.
I am growing out my 2.5" GT and 3.5" JD in a 55 gallon right now and I have a 2.5" male con in there with them and he runs that tank without any problems. The JD occasionally scuffles with him, but the GT turns tail at all times.
I would think you will be fine. I would go for it!
