water changes

i have 90g tank that will be set up to become a reef. how often and of what percentage should i do my water changes.

I have a 75g and change 20% every 2 weeks. It's a full blown reef with only 5 fish so I feed sparingly.

What people usually recommend are 20% - 25% every week or so.
